Gift Ideas

1- CONTEST ORGANIZER The Gift Ideas Contest is an initiative of the Rivière-du-Loup Shopping Center.   2- ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for the contest, participants must:

• Reside in Quebec and be 18 years of age or older. If the participant is under 18, they must have a signed authorization from a parent (or legal guardian) to claim their prize;
• Not be an employee, representative, or agent of Groupe Mach (the “Contest Organizer”) or a person living with them.

  3- DURATION OF THE CONTEST The contest runs from December 2, 2025, at 9 AM (ET) until December 21, 2025, at 9 PM (ET).   4- HOW TO PARTICIPATE To participate, individuals must:

1. Visit the Christmas gift ideas blog of the Rivière-du-Loup Shopping Center: https://centrecommercialrdl.ca/blogue
2. Fill out the participation form indicating:

• their contact information;
• the gift idea they would like to win from the blog suggestions.

One (1) entry per person throughout the contest duration. Any attempt at additional registration may be rejected.   Deadline for participation: December 21, 2025, at 9 PM.   5- DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES TO BE WON One (1) prize will be awarded and will correspond to the gift idea selected by the winning person, from the blog suggestions, up to a maximum value of $200.   The prize will be awarded based on the availability of products in-store. If the chosen item is no longer available at the time of purchase, the Organizer will provide a Mach gift card of equivalent value.   The prize must be accepted as is and is neither exchangeable, transferable, nor redeemable for cash. Any other expenses incurred by the winner, including transportation, accommodation, gratuities, insurance fees, or any other incidental costs are excluded and remain the sole responsibility of the winner. 6- AWARDING OF PRIZES AND WINNERS The prize will be awarded randomly, in the manner of a draw on December 22, 2025, at 10 AM at the Administration of the Rivière-du-Loup Shopping Center.   Winners must comply with all conditions of these rules and must:

• Pick up their prize in person at the shopping center’s administration office
• No postal delivery of the prize will be allowed.

  The winning person will be contacted by email or phone within three (3) days following the draw.
