Salary: $18.15/hour Under the responsibility of the direct supervisor, the customer service representative will be tasked with:

  • Knowing and staying informed about all the services of the center, its amenities and facilities, its stores, its promotional activities, and its comfort tools;
  • Welcoming visitors to the center; informing, directing, and advising them through a customer experience marked by listening, courtesy, and helpfulness;
  • Responding to requests from internal and external clients to provide accurate and relevant information and directing them to the appropriate stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with service delivery teams (security team, housekeeping, etc.);
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with retailers and keeping them informed about the services offered by the center;
  • Ensuring daily tasks related to the customer service point while respecting the policies and procedures in place;
  • Being responsible for the sale of gift cards, cash balance, and sales reconciliation;
  • Assisting with various simple administrative, operational, and marketing tasks with the center management team;
  • Performing any other related tasks.
