Manage store sales performance
Oversee human resources management within the store
Implement Yves Rocher marketing strategies
Deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure clear and effective communication with the team
Ensure store profitability and drive business growth
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role
High school diploma
Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving objectives
Ability to bring together, motivate, engage, and coach a team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities
Team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is considered an asset
