What you will do:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team
• Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Maximize sales and profits through effective management of staff, inventory, expense control, and assets.
• Work in partnership with support teams to implement and execute strategies within your store.
• Be responsible for the operational excellence of the store.

The agreed salary may also differ from the advertised salary ranges based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s skills and experience or internal equity. Variable: The above salary range includes a Sales Incentive Plan (“SIP”) based on the average percentage of bonuses earned by our employees in similar roles. Bonus payments under the SIP are conditional on meeting all requirements and eligibility conditions established by the applicable SIP.
