Dear customers,

Many of you are wondering who the new face is behind the management of our magnificent boutique Au Bout’Chou. It is with pleasure that I take the time to introduce myself today.

My name is Stéfany, I am a genuine young woman full of ideas! I grew up in the beautiful village of Saint-Hubert in a family of five children.

I have been interested in fashion and all visual fields since I was a child. I am creative by nature; I won almost all the drawing competitions, much to the chagrin of my friends. I have a university degree and more than 15 years of experience in graphic communication, a field in which you not only have to be inventive and know the trends, but also constantly have to look for solutions to meet your client’s needs. I also have several years of customer service experience under my belt, which I loved! I have always been hungry for challenges and new knowledge to help me do my job better, particularly in marketing and project management. It was after the birth of my children that my interest in the children’s sector emerged. It was the most wonderful adventure I had ever been on and I wanted to devote my energy to their well-being. At that time, I had enrolled in the Business Start-up course because I had ideas for meeting needs that I had encountered myself as a mother.

As the mother and mother-in-law of four boys, I understand what family organization involves in order to ensure that daily life runs smoothly. It is in this spirit that I want to help families take care of their children, by selecting the best products for children’s wardrobes, suitable for different budgets. I would like to make mornings easier by offering the opportunity to choose beautiful coordinated, comfortable and pleasant to wear clothes that will make children feel confident and good about themselves.

Customer service is one of my priorities. My team and I want you to feel at home. We are here to listen to you and want to offer you a friendly shopping experience.
